For a Healthy Mind: Yoga, Breathing techniques and Visualization should be followed in pregnancy.

If a mother is in stress, it disturbs the flows of oxygen, blood and hormone of the baby. Eventually it impacts the baby’s emotional balance in future.

Yes, you can opt for Fast Track sessions. All 4 sessions will be covered in a day. Each session’s duration will be 1 hour. Pre book your appointment by calling us.
